Federal Executive Talent was formed to help Federal career executives and senior managers find positions in the private and non-profit sectors as they consider life after government and to provide executive recruiting firms and hiring companies with an effective and efficient way to identify experienced Federal talent to meet their needs.
We have created this portal to be very user-friendly and to protect candidates’ confidentiality and privacy with industry standard protections. Executives and managers respond to a series of questions regarding their background and enter their resumes. Only authorized individuals employed by Federal Executive Talent have access to candidates’ information. Before that information is shared with an executive recruiter or potential employer, they are notified and their agreement is secured.
Executive recruiters and hiring companies provide us with descriptions of the positions they are seeking to fill and the qualifications which they require. Federal Executive Talent performs searches of the candidates in our database to match them to positions available through executive recruiters and hiring.
